1. Foundation Work Commences for Block 3
- One of the most critical phases in any construction project is laying the foundation, and we're pleased to announce that work on Block 3 has officially begun. This crucial step involves the excavation of the site, followed by the meticulous pouring and curing of the concrete foundation. It's the sturdy base upon which the entire structure will rest.
We only have 2 duplex garden apartments left in Block 3, each with:
- 3 bedrooms
- over 170m² of internal space
- 60-65m² of extra area, and
- 135-140m² of garden.
