The construction of Phase II will start in Q2 of 2024.

The delivery dates for Phase II are planned for Q2 of 2026.

The construction of Phase III is scheduled to start in Q1 of 2025.

 

  • €50,000 upon reservation
  • 30% upon signature of the purchase contract (Q3 of 2024)
  • 30% upon completion of the building structure (Q2 of 2025)
  • 40% upon delivery (Q2 of 2026)

When you decide to purchase a property, you typically begin by paying a reservation deposit. This deposit effectively takes the property off the market and reserves it in your name, preventing us from negotiating with other potential buyers for a specified period. 

The reservation payment is in an escrow account, and the money is used to guarantee the purchase and take the property off the market, as well as freezing the price. It is important to stress that, should the purchasers decide not to proceed with the purchase, the buyer may not get the deposit back, except where there is express agreement otherwise, such as where the purchaser does not obtain the necessary financing or where problems arise of a legal or urban development nature that advise against the purchase.

If you're not a citizen or resident of the European Union (EU), you may need a visa or residency permit to stay in Spain for an extended period.

Golden Visa:

  • Essence: The Golden Visa is essentially a residency-by-investment program
  • Eligibility: To qualify, you must make a significant investment in Spain. This could be through purchasing real estate worth €500,000 or more, investing €1 million in Spanish companies or bank deposits, or investing €2 million in Spanish public debt
  • Benefits:
    • Residency: Obtain a residence visa for you and your family, which can potentially lead to long-term residency and even citizenship
    • Mobility: Free travel within the Schengen area
    • No Minimum Stay: You don’t have to live in Spain to retain the visa, making it appealing for those wanting a foothold in the EU without relocating.

 

Nomad Visa:

  • Essence: Designed for digital nomads, this visa allows individuals to work remotely for non-Spanish companies or freelance while living in Spain
  • Eligibility: Typically, you'd need to show proof of stable income or sufficient funds, evidence that your work is location-independent, and sometimes, health insurance that's valid in Spain
  • Benefits:
    • Residency: Live in Spain for a specified duration (often up to a year) without requiring a traditional work visa
    • Flexibility: Enjoy the Spanish culture and lifestyle while continuing to work in your profession.
