Construction across Phase II is progressing steadily. We wanted to share a clear picture of where each part of the development currently stands — what is happening on site, what it looks like in practice, and what comes next. Below is a summary as of this month.
BLOCK 3 Most advanced block
The building is visibly rising
The most advanced block has reached street level. The concrete structure now rises above ground, and the team is currently preparing the penthouse floor — the uppermost residential level of the block. For those unfamiliar with construction sequencing: at this stage, the building's full height is being established from the ground up, one structural floor at a time. Reaching the penthouse level means the frame of the entire building is close to completion.
Foundations under way — all blocks on schedule
Work is under way on the foundations for further blocks across the project. The foundation is the first permanent layer of a building's structure — concrete poured directly into the prepared ground, forming the base from which everything above will rise.
One block is slightly further ahead: its base concrete layer has already been poured, the first tangible step in the building's construction. The remaining blocks are in active preparation, following closely in sequence. All are on track with the overall schedule.
