Local Guide: Starlite Festival Marbella 2024

Picture the warm summer breeze, the golden glow of the setting sun, and the vibrant hum of anticipation as Marbella prepares to host the Starlite Occident Marbella Festival. After 12 editions, it has established itself as the longest running festival, with more than 60 days of concerts.

This year, the Starlite Festival lasts over 2 months, from mid June to the end of August, in Cantera de Nagüeles, in 60-metre-high rock walls surround the stage and audience area.

For many, the event is the highlight of the season. From June to September, Marbella transforms into a cultural hotspot, welcoming over 60 performances by world-renowned artists, all set against a backdrop of natural beauty and Mediterranean charm. Over the years, it has hosted artists such as Alejandro Sanz, Andrea Bocelli, Bryan Adams, David Bisbal, Jaime Cullum, Laura Pausini, Lenny Kravitz, Lionel Richie, Ricky Martin, Steven Tyler or Sting.

Starlite Marbella 2024

On the first night, June 14th, Jamie Cullum will kick off the festival with his jazzy melodies. The lineup for 2024 has Myke Towers, Camilo, Christian Nodal, and the legendary Take That.

For those who cherish jazz, the presence of Diana Krall will be a moment to savour, and Luis Miguel fans are in for a special treat with 3 consecutive nights of his performances. The diversity of acts like La Oreja de Van Gogh, Sara Baras, and Ana Mena ensures that every musical taste is catered to, making each night a unique celebration.

Starlite Foundation

In addition, every year the Starlite Gala takes place. Hosted by Antonio Banderas and Sandra Garcá-Sanju탡n, it has become the charity event par excellence, rewarding the solidarity work of those who have made the cause of others their own.
