Last Friday, April 26, we held an event inaugurating the opening of our first show flat.
We had the pleasure of welcoming our partners and collaborators, all of whom have been contributing to making this project reality every single day.
It has now been a year and a half since we joined forces with the Grupo SANJOSE, Nebralejo & Villaroel-Torrico. It's now time to show the fruit of our hard work.
We would be very pleased and proud to show you the enormous progress that has been made until now. The final outcome has certainly exceeded our expectations and we would love to welcome you to see it too.
Phase 1 of the construction will be delivered in 3 stages.
Stage 1 with 5 blocks (25 apartments) will be delivered between September and October; stage 2 with 2 blocks (10 apartments) by the end of November; stage 3 with the remaining 4 blocks (20 apartments) will be delivered by the 1st quarter of next year.
The construction continues, but with the show flat now being finally ready and open to the public, the project is no longer only a stack of 3D renderings and mock perspectives but something that can be seen, touched and felt. We would love you to see you back again soon.
